Seed for Sustainable Development conducted a specialized workshop focused on formulating a comprehensive risk monitoring plan, featuring employees from across all departments within the organization. This workshop aimed to reinforce the organization’s capacity for resilience and effectiveness in its operations, by transforming challenges into tangible opportunities that can be efficiently harnessed.

During the workshop, participants explored strategies to enhance internal development as well as external response and communication plans to ensure that the needs of beneficiaries are adequately met and that the services provided remain sustainable and effective, whether delivered directly or indirectly.
