Seed for Sustainable Development held a workshop titled “Identifying Technical Needs for Education and Training Projects in Northern Syria.” This workshop brought together university students and recent graduates to engage in meaningful dialogue on the critical areas where youth in Northern Syria require support to enhance their skills and effectively navigate the job market.
During the workshop, participants explored the significant challenges and barriers that young individuals encounter in their pursuit of skill development, which is vital to keep pace with the rapid advancements occurring globally. The discussions yielded the creation of a cohesive proposal document that encapsulated the primary needs identified, potential investment opportunities, and the obstacles that hinder their educational and training goals.
Seed remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting education and training initiatives as part of its foundational programs. The insights garnered from this workshop shall materialize into transformative projects designed to deliver tangible benefits to various segments of the population in Northern Syria.
